"Really helpful people during our stay! A nice looking villa with a great pool and view. The rooms are nice and the beds are fine. Possible to have breakfast and dinner, which was unexpectedly good. We had to switch rooms because of a double booking, not good, but they offered us free breakfast instead 👍 Location was used for weddings and diners as well, which we didn’t know at first (would be good to know upfront, but it was not annoying). "The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Very close drive to go up into the hills where there are little villages and many olive trees! Pistoia is a cute old town, which was a 10 min drive from the hotel. "

"This property was stunning. Our daughter said it is her cottage core style with flair brought to life. The suite was beautiful. The living room was made up to be a second bedroom and there were 2 full bathrooms. I have mobility issues but the room we were in was perfect for that. There was even a roll-in shower. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs. "
