Dating from 1874, this gîte located in SERIGNAC is a former free school reserved for girls. The owners have completely renovated it with quality furniture. Each room has a reversible air-conditioning with a modern and warm decoration. Here it will be possible for you to relax around the private swimming pool (with handicapped access) and have fun thanks to the bowling pitch! The ideal location of the gîte in the heart of the village will allow you to take advantage of the nearby amenities: bar - restaurant only 250 m away. Located at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne departments. Discover castles, water points, historical villages and beautiful landscapes.On the ground floor: Dining room / Living room / Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has access to reduced mobility (2 beds 1.60m and 2 beds 0.80m that can make 1 bed in 1.60m), private shower room for each bedroom, separate toilet, games room. Upstairs a bedroom (2 beds 0.80m which can make 1 bed 1.60m) with its own shower room. Reversible air-conditioning in all rooms, terrace with swimming pool 6x3, disabled access, petanque ground, open ground. All inclusive formula (sheets, towels, household linen, cleaning at the end of the stay, heating, electricity).
