"Hotel stay was cheap, location was decent, room was large, and there was parking. The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am...
