"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. "Location was excellent and it was its own resort. Staff Rabia was very helpful in a smooth check in and issues I had with an initial cancellation due to family emergency. Many of the staff can speak Korean and Chinese which was helpful! Staff at the breakfast buffet were also very good. Lots of variety and would recommend this. Will be recommending the hotel to family and friends."
