"小さいお子さんのいるご家庭での宿泊にはとてもいいですね。今回はホテルでのんびり温泉に浸かって寛ぐ大人の旅行として宿泊しました。
できれば大人だけの階があるといいかな。廊下の声がどこまでも響いて朝5時には起こされてしまいました笑。
客室単独での温度調整ができませんが、寒いと相談したところ、毛布とヒーターをお借りすることができました。
レストランのスタッフさんもとてもいい感じの方が多いです。受付の方には適当な対応をされたことが残念でした。
紅葉の時期にまた利用したいと思います。"

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The food was excellent. Chef Oohira is very skilled-the food was surprisingly delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Really high quality ingredients.
Also, the rooms were clean as they had just opened a few months ago (Oct 2018). Further, their shuttle service was a bit inconvenient since they only offer 2 times per day to the station but other than that it was an overall great stay here!"
