"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"Lovely hotel by the sea with fantastic staff who are so welcoming. Reception team are great. Thank you Beachcroft."

"I stayed for one night while visiting my daughter at Chichester University and had hoped to find a hotel I could use regularly, but I will not be returning. The website says parking is available, but the hotel car park was difficult to find, extremely small and full. "Good room, quiet and simple with comfy bed and a good shower. Food in the pub was great too. We hope to return"

"Great atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Blooms restaurant excellent. Also the good choice for breakfast with local produce very good."

"Staff were lovely"

"Friendly staff"

"Absolutely immaculate accommodation. AC in the bedrooms was fab. Could do with it in the bar and restaurant too. The menu is a bit limited but the food was good. Friendly staff."

"This was a cute pub with rooms to let above. Our room was on one of the top floors. It was quite tiny, but with a nice view out the tiny window and had all we needed. Staff were lovely and the bar was lovely too."

"Quiet and well appointed room. Great breakfast."
