"We had a wonderful time in Selsey. The house is just as listed with the layout a perfect place for families. It is set next to a large nature reserve and perfect for extended walks and bike rides. Walking distance to local restaurants and even the grocery store. Debbie the neighbor was wonderful to work with, quick to respond. Kevin was outstanding in communicating. We would stay here again!"

"We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home."

"The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return."

"We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! "We had a great stay in Selsey. The house was really nice and had great amenities, including a well equipped kitchen. The only slight issue was that the additional sofa bed downstairs hadn't been made up for our arrival (there were 8 of us staying) but this was quickly resolved with the management company."

"Beautiful house and location right on the beach. There are limited food options in the area is the only thing but lots of fish and chip shops and indian take aways. Really helpful property managers when we couldnt work the heating as well! We had two dogs and had beautiful walks along the coast."
