"Very disappointing stay at Langstone Quay Hotel. The room was poorly maintained and several basic amenities were missing despite booking for three guests. Only two mugs and two hot chocolates were provided, and only five pillows instead of six. Reception promised to send another pillow but nothing ever arrived. The windows in the room were locked shut, making the room extremely uncomfortable. We contacted reception multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would deal with it, but no...

"Stayed for 2 nights. Standard ensuite twin room. Room had everything but was compact somewhat snug. Ensuite was interesting as it was separates by glass part of which could be frosted by a switch. Only a third was still clear which meant it was private. It also had no blinds bringing in too much light. Breakfast was buffet, didnt realise they offered alternative cooked egges or veg options as this wasnt shared but enough food so not to much of an issue. Great pool and jacuzzi etc, had a dryer...
