"Pior experiência que passamos durante uma viagem de 20 dias pela Itália. Descaso total. Reserva feita e paga dia 19/02 com estadia confirmada para o dia 13/03. Ao chegarmos no dia a primeira dificuldade foi em achar a entrada do hotel simplesmente não existe e a segunda e pior surpresa que o hotel se encontrava fechado para desespero total já que era noite. Não recebemos nenhum e-mail tanto do hotel quanto do Hoteis.com avisando sobre o fechamento do hotel somente um minúsculo papel no local...

"This hotel was a great place to stay in the heart of Milan. It was very conveniently located to the central sights of the city: the Duomo, Galleria, Sforza Castle Museums, shopping areas and public transportation. Staff was most helpful and room was well appointed and quite comfortable.Great breakfast and lovely on site restaurant. I stayed here 10 years ago when I was last in Milan for the Expo in 2015, and it’s still a wonderful hotel to stay in when visiting Milan. Thank you! "

Great Hotel & location.

"Very nice room, plenty of places to hang & place things and big bathroom. Very new and modern and clean. Air Conditioning worked Great! Bed was a firm, but we were able to get a good nights sleep. Great location. Staff were all very nice, friendly & helpful! "
