"What a fantastic property! The staff made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. They always greeted us and had a smile or sweet remark for us every day. We felt like we were staying with family (the ones you like). The room was larger than some of the British hotels that you may stay in; we would have liked a tad more storage but quite frankly the location can't be beaten (hello, King Charles is your neighbor).
