"Excellent stay with Angsana Bintan, they are polite, professional and warm. All the dept have the synergy to updates guest what happening at the hotel.Thanks millions to all the team to made my husband birthday memorable ones. From hotel Manager, Mr Omas and his Team at Front office who helped us with a few arrangement for our needs in hotel and the Bintan day Tour. Mr. Gin from Angsana Spa with his warm and friendly personality assist us with spa booking. Restaurant asst. Manager( sorry i forgot the name) who always have smile and shared passionately about Banyan CSR with the nature and Nadyn the friendly and cheerful service crew. Mr. Edy from Housekeeping with his polite and always make sure the rooms are clean . "Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us. Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving. Overall awesome stay!"
