"Room is small for single bed and room’s sound proof not so good can hear from outside . Toilet is small . Overall still ok for double room . Lobby and restaurant are good "

"Pros - room big, good heated water supply for relaxing shower, bed was comfortable, well insulated walla from roadside sounds. Cons - walls weathered, wifi bad so didn't realize I was using my data when signal dropped, housekeeping didn't make up room even though I mentioned upon check in that I wanted the next day (have to inform whether housekeeping service is needed), took awhile for Aircon to cool the room."

"there are 5 to 6 Red Doorz hotel in Batam when I Grab, but none brought me to the right location directly, only after going round before finding the place"

"I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is a convenience store right next door and Diamond City Mall right across the street. There are restaurants around. I think the AC was working fine but again that room also had a...

"Haha 😄 "

"Affordable stay, spacious room. Overall okay, will come back because it is cheap and good"

"Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel."
