Nice and comfortable stay with nice tub to unwind after a long day, with nice Indonesian breakfast options. Some rooms for improvement: make rooms more soundproof and the whirlpool needs cleaning of leaves from the nearby tree.

Spacious and comfortable. Abundant pillows and bolster. The bolster case and quilt cover had a little stain or marks. Could be useful to provide hand towels and bigger portion/bottle of bath gel.

Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food but taste was average. Very convenient to walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall via the back pathway. Room was well-maintained. Water from shower and taps had a weird smell.

My room was suppose to be superior room, due to an event, my room was upgraded to Suite. The suite was very big! Overall, I enjoy my stay as it was very convenient to shopping mall. Thank you so much!

Staff at the 18/02/25 afternoon not very nice give us a smelly room aircon not working 16 still hot in the room , toilet leaking water, shower 🚿 drainer block can't have a shower, call front desk they not changed the room for me all night me and my husband won't be able to sleep, every breath is smelly like dust and moisture in the air, I am allergic with dust , went to the front desk at 6:30 am 19/02/25 told them what is happened yesterday, lucky He takes action to change my room. From 19/02/25 the staff all very helpful and nice. Except the first date I checked in 18/02/25 the staff not very nice.

The only thing I liked was the location. It was extremely convenient. Room reeked of mould odour and the place was filled with stains. Look at the photos of the basin and bath tub. The carpet probably contributed to most of the musty smell. You should really remove carpets in locations that are high in humidity. It is not sensible at all to continue using those ancient carpets. The spa inside the hotel was the worst we’ve experienced at that price point. Avoid at all cost. So if you only need the hotel for sleep at night and don’t plan to spend any time inside the hotel, it’s fine for the location. But if you want a decent stay, avoid this place. Also, the employees at the front desks lack proactively in correcting problems experienced by customers. Their English is fine but their service attitude is poor.
