"This property was amazing for my dogs and I! The property was well maintained with mowed walking trails that we took full advantage of! The pond was great for my puppy. All the swimming she did helped wear her out. I really appreciated the hose outside to spray her down after. The inside of the house was clean and cozy. It was well furnished with zero clutter. The shower head was amazing! I loved everything about this property! It was secluded and beautiful. I will definitely stay here again!"

"The house was a cute little house. It was a quaint little house in a quiet town. The house was super clean and well kept up. Kris had thought of a lot of little amenities and placed them in the house. For example, she had some toothbrushes set out in case somebody forgot theirs. She also had some bug spray and a citronella candle out for someone if they wanted to sit outside. So the bugs wouldn't bother them. The river was only approximately one block from the house. So if you wanted to go see the Mississippi River, you could. The things that we wish were different would be: A bigger fire pit would be nice (Unfortunately, this trip we couldn't use it because of the weather. I just think a little bit bigger one would be better). The advertisement said a carport could be used, but we could not use a carport. The one that was there was already being used. Some clarification on that would be nice."

"Loved our stay at the Aledo cabin. The yard was incredible and the sunset views from the porch were our favorite. Great space, inside was well equipped. Lots of parking!"

"Loved how clean this place was. It says it sleeps 5 but all 3 of my kids wanted to sleep in the living room area so really it sleeps like 8-10 haha! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. There’s a cute little playground steps away so the kids got to play. 10/10"

"Living in Chicago, we wanted to get away from city life for a few days. It’s was exactly what we were looking for. A small town by the water with nice people. The cottage was delightful."
