"Everything about this hotel was top-notch — from the outstanding customer service at the front desk to the courteous valet staff who even opened doors for us and was pleasant, including the bartender’s. The entire property, including the surrounding area, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our room was beautifully updated, modern, and spotless. We also really enjoyed the location; it was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. The hotel offers a variety of complimentary amenities and discounts, which was a pleasant surprise and added value to our stay. The interior design is elegant and inviting, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. "

"Pleasant and attentive employees from the front desk to the restaurant, bar and cleaning staff. They were able to retrieve my phone charger (as I had left it in the room) 4 hours after check out. Kindly held our bags prior to departure. Great location and view from our room. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Boston. "

"It was clean and well located. It was an excellent hotel for walking to the sites in the Boston area. We walked an average of 7 miles a day. The restaurants in the area were awesome. I would recommend it. "

"The hotel was great! The location is perfect walking distance to the Lawn on D and other popular restaurants/areas. The only downfall was the ac in our room was broken. Even after resetting the thermostat our room made it to 74 degrees. This thing’s happen and I certainly would return here in the future. "

"Convenient location, friendly front desk staff. Called ahead of time to confirm my reservation and the person I spoke with was courteous and professional. Didn't use any of the amenities so can't comment there. Only here for a night but it met all my (admittedly basic) needs. By far the best price I could find in the area. Would definitely go back."
