My biggest disappoinment was that I was told by front desk, that I would receive a credit against the resort fee for certain purchases charged to the room. I visited Starbucks twice, and the cost was not deducted, but added to the total. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, great location so we could park and explore Boston on foot. The room was beautiful and we also had a great experience with in room dining. Only downside was the outside noise during the night but I think that might just be being in the city. Overall, very lovely hotel with a beautiful rooftop bar. "
