"Booked a 3 night stay in what was described as a budget room . The room we were given was directly above the kitchen so any chance of a peaceful nights sleep were gone . If it wasn’t the sound of the bottles being emptied into the bottle bank it was the delivery drivers clunking about. Then we were woken just after 6am by the kitchen staff talking on their phones . The room was ok in it’s self , comfy but bathroom was in need of a good clean . Staff were good and food in the hotel was ok only...

"We stayed week commencing 22nd July 2023. The facilities at the house were very well suited to our requirements. It is a short walk from the harbour and the supermarket. We came across a playpark in the local estate (on the side of the petrol station). The children enjoyed the rock pools and the local beaches. Bamburgh Castle is a short drive away and there is a lovely park area close by. We did the Holy Island boat trip which was well worth the price we paid. The neighbours are friendly and...
