"Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. "

My flight landed at 10pm - still no email, then I called via the hotels.com app. Got connected to overseas call center, difficult to understand. "Location was great. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Only issue was checking in. We were supposed to have suite. Ended up with 2 adjoining rooms. We prepaid but were still charged for one room. Did receive a refund the next morning. Otherwise everything was great."

"The property did not have easy instructions to get into, the check in process was extremely confusing. Hallway smelled like trash because there was a large pile of trash sitting outside overnight. Apartment had broken items (strange broken painting randomly on floor). Not the worst place I've ever stayed but wouldn't recommend"

"I purposely booked this property, instead of a B&B, with adjoining suites so our family could be together and move between rooms. Upon check in I was told they did not have adjoining rooms and they gave us the next best thing. Side by side rooms. This is the whole reason I booked this property. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, but very disappointed in the being mislead about the adjoining rooms."
