The remote batteries were drained. Property manage was attending a Graduation, but found time to drop off the batteries. He did not disturb us - rang the bell and left them in the door. He messaged us and told us where the batteries were located. Only repairs that I saw that need attention are: 1) Bath tub faucets need...

"The property was quiet and secluded. The only downside to me was the lack of tvs in the condo...1 tv and it was located downstairs in the living room. The bedrooms could definitely use a tv"

"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"We booked a stay for our Son's Birthday trip to Dallas and are beyond happy with our stay. Host was very responsive and accomodating/flexible. Easiest check in instructions. Private garage parking within gated community, with direct access to condo which is super convenient for loading bags/ groceries. Modern condo unit trendy finishes & cute decor/bedding. Heater works great. Perfect bed count for 2 adults, 2 kids. Quiet neighborhood and located within short drive to Dallas attractions....

"Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!"

"Came to dallas for a concert and stayed the weekend. Anatole was a great host who was very communicative before, during and after our stay! The condo was a great size for just a couple people and was very clean. Check in was easy and the location is amazing!"

"We loved the rooftop bar and the options for the views. However, it did become a bit noisey when you need to sleep to get back to another state the next day. Also, we weren’t aware the space was rented out and free to the public. The restaurant downstairs was great, and not crowded."
