"Great property right on the Katy Trail. We did a lot of walking and running on the trail which was fantastic. The house is impeccably furnished. All the amenities you could want or need. Lots of stairs and levels which gave us a lot of privacy but not a place for young children or people who can’t navigate the stairs. Only issue was not enough AC in one of the master bedrooms (could have used another stand alone unit) otherwise it was wonderful!"

"Property managers were super helpful with booking, and the property was clean when get got there. We couldn’t get the TV’s/wifi to turn on, but didn’t even message the manager because we were pretty busy regardless. Overall great stay"

"The house is new, clean and great for family gatherings . It can accommodate a lot of people. Theres 1 room and a bathroom downstairs and 4 rooms upstairs. There’s one room also that looks like a walk in closet converted into a room. There’s also plenty airbeds. with bedsheets. The kitchen is spacious with lots of utensils. The only thing I would like to suggest is the bathroom in the master’s bedroom to close it privacy since there’s 2 rooms in there . Host communicates everything you need...

"Transitional historic neighborhood filled with mid-century modern bungalows, the host has honored the design and updated comfortably. It was especially nice having 2 bathrooms ."

"Came to Dallas to see eclipse. Joined by a friend and adult son. The roof deck was perfect for viewing. Home accommodated all 3 of us easily. It was in walking distance to many restaurants, a grocery store, and several districts like Deep Ellum. We were very happy with the experience."

"Clean and attractive. I did not realize it was a townhouse but once inside I never would have known. Any question was immediately answered. Walked to Tom Thumb for a few things and we were all set! Tons of restaurants and shops nearby!"
