"When we booked, we requested a Mountain View for the stay. We did not get a unit with a Mountain View. We did get a nice casita. However, there were some issues with the unit itself. We had all doors and windows closed our entire stay and somehow still had a mosquito issue. The master shower head was broken and the water was lukewarm at best. We also returned to our room around 9:45pm to find our keys did not work anymore. We called front desk twice, and they assured someone was coming to help...
