"Great place"

"We have been staying at that hotel in Scottsdale for years. We like the location; it's easy access for what we are in Scottsdale for, and the staff is always pleasant. This time, a few things were concerning. They have increased the amount of softener in the water. It makes the shower floor more slippery, especially for people in their 70s. It also takes longer to rinse off the goopy softness and uses more water at a time; water is a big concern in the Valley. I understand they have bars in the handicap rooms, but with a slippery floor like that, they should have bars in all the rooms. The pool area is enjoyable and nicely furnished; however, this time the whirlpool/hot tub had only one jet working properly."

"The room was really clean, the elevators were not super functional during our stay, but we could work around it. Most of the staff was really nice except for the night we checked in, overall a good stay! "
