"The fridge shelf broke when I put in a glass bottle, the bottle fell and shattered, splashed the drink on the floor. The maid staff came to clean after 1 hour and we called 3 times by then. When I stepped out, a bunch of staffs were chit chatting in a parking lot. Not the best service. Otherwise the facility was clean and well equipped, no complaints. Oh a power outlet didn't work, and a fan switch chain was cut. There is nothing in walkable distance, no restaurant on site. Be ready to be asked...

"Arrived around midnight. Front door was locked. No one at front desk. Looking for phone number or buzzer or something but finding nothing as front desk clerk showed up from the back. Turned out ok."
