"The location was ideal—nestled in nature and history, yet just a short walk or drive into Peebles. We had a guest with limited mobility, and the place was wonderfully accessible. The rooms were beautiful and cozy, making the stay absolutely perfect."

"Property is situated in the grounds of Spital House and it very quiet. Cottage is very spacious and was very clean and is well stocked with essential equipment. Liked the small welcome pack also the pint of milk in the fridge. The stables are directly behind the property and the horses where in the field every day. Found it difficult to find as directions from the post code take you to Paxton so better to set google maps for Spital House this takes you almost to the front door of the cottage....
