"The room was as shown in the pictures and it was comfy. This is a good place for stroking our fork if you’re into hiking and mountain biking. Located above “Out Out” restaurant it is a bit noisy and hot in the room but the windows open easily and let in plenty of fresh air. It did the job for a weekend for a solo traveller but it would be a bit of a squeeze for two adults - the under bed storage is big enough for bags etc and the bed itself was comfy. "Nice property, compact, but uses the space well, well furnished and has all amenities required. Close to the beach and town centre. Lovely location and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of places to eat and drink, if you get the weather it would be ideal."

It's right on the main street in Jedburgh which was convenient and easy to get to parking was pretty easy on the street. We were never more then a few buildings down.
