"Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly."

"Loved it here! Expansive property with huge pool and private beach- food, beverage, chairs, umbrellas all available. Get your towel at reception before heading down the many steps. Staff were kind, helped to arrange taxis into town- though it’s a nice seaside walk that takes 30 min. Bed was really comfy and the sheets were divine! Breakfast options are many and it’s included. Dinner was delicious and served with a beautiful seaside view. "

"The three houses were plenty big enough, so many room options for multiple people. The place was mostly very clean and surrounded by lemon trees. The pools were really great and one of them is HUGE. Having the bicycles was a brilliant add on as you needed one to pop to the local supermarket. There is a beach a couple of mins walk down the road but I wouldn't say it was a family friendly lounging beach, more of a pleasant walk and quick exercise swim. We were there in May and there was not much open but there is a great train station a couple of minutes walk away which goes all along the north coast. We visited Cefalu several times (a very beautiful town!). The villa owner was extremely responsive and thoughtful. Nothing was an issue. There were 15 of us total and it was a glorious couple of weeks. We also used the spa/massage which was a lovely addition to the trip. You can walk 15/20 mins walk to various restaurants but do check if they're open first. This may be because the month of May is just generally quite. The views from the poolside were beautiful and we would return. Thank you Benedetto!!"

"We had a wonderful stay the first 2 weeks of May. The villa had everything we needed, the bedrooms were ideal for large groups with en suite, tv and fridge in every room. Lots of outdoor space which accommodated 13 ppl with ease. The pool was the highlight for all the children (and adults) and the ability to pick fresh fruit from the trees every morning was such a treat. We booked Marco the chef and his partner for an exquisite dinner, wld highly recommend. Benedetto was a great host, promptly responded to any message or request and was very friendly. Word of warning the mosquitos can be fierce, especially on an our pale skin so be prepared, the darker skinned in the party weren’t so bothered. The sun shone every day apart from 1 day and the Vila was perfectly positioned for the beach just a 2 min cycle away and restaurants and train station to take us to nearby Cefalu and Palermo. We all had a really lovely holiday and will look back on it with very fond memories. Thank you Benedetto "
