"BEWARE of any properties managed by MV Homes like this Belvedere apartment. Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in. Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities. Never had we...

"Very comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in a great location. U bahn stations are only 10-15 minute walk away. The Prater amusement park is also a very short walk away. Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

"Perfect location for us, quiet and clean. A great resting place for a couple of days on our travels. Could use a blind for the bathroom window and more wine glasses. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable, (just putting that out there if the owners wanted to address this in the future) but my daughter managed."
