"The hotel has an amazing location, tons of amenities and the style and artwork is creative and authentic. What really made the difference was the staff. "Spring Hill suites was a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff! We ended up asking for a different room after first arriving because our neighbors were very loud and they changed the room for us with no problem. The room was so spacious! We have a special needs son in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for the chair and also to get him up to walk around. I liked the extra living room area and desk…we spread out all of our sons meds on the desk. The beds were comfy and I liked that they had an extra set of sheets and an extra blanket in the room - that was so convenient for when our son had wet through in the middle of the night! One of the best things was that they had ice cream available for our son’s bed time snack! (He can’t chew so this was huge) We ate our ice cream down in the beautiful bar area and we appreciated this extra convenience, of ice cream, more than I can express! The staff was very friendly and our stay was wonderful! Thank you for providing a beautiful and comfortable stay for us while we were in town to go to COSI. "

"There are so many great things to say! Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, 24 hr NICE gym, very stocked and large lobby bar that was open VERY late! I have never have such a large variety of items to choose from at a continental breakfast before. Usually hotel outdoor areas are very small and awkward. Not at Hyatt! Spacious and spread out around a lot of the building, making it comfortable for multiple families at a time. It was also a large parking lot. "
