Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. "The room was spacious and airy, with a gorgeous view. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and in the evening would come back from dinner and sit outside along the river at the restaurant bar. It was magical. The staff was very friendly and accomodating."
