The hotel is ok. Great location opposite the train station, and staff very helpful, but room was a bit tired and decor a bit out of date. No shower just a shower head and bath. Will give it four stars as good value for money in spite of the long black hair in my breakfast.

Excellent comfortable hotel with great breakfast

Excellent hotel, quiet despite being right opposite the Railway Station, I was upgraded to what I believe is one of the newly refurbished rooms on arrival, lovely comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked. Small area at reception where one could purchase snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Excellent Breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks available in the morning, would certainly stay here again if visiting Strasbourg or just staying overnight

Very nice hotel. Spacious room, comfortable beds, located right in front of train station. Breakfast was also good. Historic center is 20 minutes walking from the hotel. I was happy staying here.

Location across from the train station

This is a very nice hotel located directly across from the train station. Check in was easy, room was ready at 1pm & the room was very nice, clean with a view of the station. Breakfast was very good, I would book again.

The location of the hotel is marvelous, just the opposite of the train station, and not a far from the center of Strasbourg. The service & receptions were well organized, very friendly and helpful. The room was very specious and clean, a 'small' remark would be the outdated bathroom but it was clean and had all the bells and whistles. I would definitely encourage to get breakfast as its very good.

Overpriced but great staff.

Great location for travelling right across from train station and access to Old Town. Staff and service excellent. The downside was price, which was outrageous due to popular Xmas market season. Not good value for money. Breakfast buffet basic, especially for $500 a night.

Staff was incredibly helpful, and impressively tri-lingual (French, German, English). Needed directions and recommendations on a couple of occasions, and they were able to point us in the right direction every time. Room has no frills, but is perfectly nice. The breakfast is similarly simple, but solid. Literally across the street from the train station, which was a big plus for us.
