"It’s a bit outside the center, but still within walking distance. It was clean and a great option for a one-night stay."

"We booked for 4 people (all adults) for two nights, and things could have been much better. For one, our room barely slept 4. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable for the person sleeping above on the sofa. The small configuration of the room made navigating the situation difficult in the middle of the night. We booked it believing to be a suite as advertised. The breakfast selection was very small and as vegetarians we were not satisfied. There was nothing of genuine nutritional value. Overall a very middling experience. "

"Great location. Nice restaurant and lots of places to enjoy the view. Rooms were big. Cleaning staff was sub par. Did not clean rooms properly or fill coffee pods . "

"The property itself was ok , the room was immaculately clean as was the bathroom. The bathroom was large as was the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel doesn’t really have any amenities right outside however; downtown river walk and restaurants are about a 15-20 minute walk. They say they have valet parking but it is actually located in a garage on the corner of the hotel so it’s just the same to just self park."

"The hotel lobby area is great. It is very clean and the design which is mostly the same since it open still looks good. The front desk staff was on and off. The person that checked up in was excellent. On another visit to the front desk the attendant seemed to be just starting her shift and was not settled in. Meaning she had her bag of fast food on top of the desk. He barely looked me in the face as she was doing something behind the desk. She was really not ready to be on the desk. She did get my request done quickly. In our room, the shampoo container was empty when I sent to take a shower. It was late so I did not report till the next morning. I used the body wash and condition to get through the shower. You staff need to check these dispensers. Also, I noticed one of the housekeeper working in sock feet...no shoes. That is not a way to run housekeeping. The happy hour was under staffed and you had to wait up to 10 minutes as the line was so long and the older women behind the bar was not very fast. As for the breakfast, you better be early as lines are everywhere and no place to sit. We skip the make to order line, but the serve yourself was completely empty. I had to tell the people behind the line that there was not food. Once that was resolved I had to tell them there were no utensils to eat with,. So, the breakfast buffet doesn't work when you seem to have a full house. I expect if you had more staff that would help resolve. Also, $40 parking"

"Decent stay but the room showed some wear and wasn’t very clean. There was dirt on the floor and shaving stubble in the sink. Location was convenient and room was otherwise comfortable."

"Staff not friendly or helpful Room was small for a premium room We asked the difference between premium and regular room and was told we got a higher floor other than that no difference I can say the location was good I cannot say I would recommend this hotel to anyone"
