"The restaurant server was very sweet at breakfast"

"Absolutely everything was wonderful, beach is the best"

"Overall a great resort, the food in the A la carte restaurants could of been better"

"Food and drinks were very mediocre. À la carte restaurants promise to accommodate dietary needs but except for one there was nothing available. Restaurant staff could be more helpful. Spa terrible. I have been to other palladium properties the spa was awful. Promised 80min treatment but finished way early. And the treatment was also not what was discussed!! Drinks were all watered down!"

"This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding"

"Keep up the great work"

"The customer service and staff were excellent! Book your stay you won’t be disappointed."

"Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

"The cove was wonderful"

"There was no wifi , and I wish I was notified about this , because traveling internationally you depend on this . Otherwise, this is my 8th time here and it’s convenient and nice"

"Great place to stay!"

"Rooms and property were dated. I could not get hot water in shower, changed rooms & still did not get hot water. Shower pressure weak in 2 rooms. I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm."

"I love this hotel; it's one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Jamaica."

"The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...

"Wasn’t please with the stay, the yard has a funny smell, also the fan wasn’t blowing any breeze couldn’t stay there had to leave the same day. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Waste of time"

"This was the worst resort I have ever been to. The deception used by staff to sell vip packages was distasteful!! I wasted part of my day listening to nothing. When I didn’t agree to any vip offer they started giving me attitude and bad face. Shame on hideaway!! I didn’t get a proper meal until the 3rd day of my stay when I complained. Food options poor!! Nothing healthy to fit my needs!! Wasted my money!! I found myself being hungry a lot there. Room service menu was worse. I ordered but...
