"Easy checking and checkout process. Comfortable bed and beautiful view. Didn’t use any amenities in the hotel because so much nearby to explore. Hotel was quiet and there was staff checking guests entry after hours. Wish more elevators would operate at a time. Would stay there again."

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is incredible, literally 2 blocks from Pier 39. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and genuinely happy and friendly. But best of all was rhe breakfast buffet. It had everything we could ask for and more, and incredibly fresh. I will be looking for Riu hotels everywhere I travel now because of this hotel!"

"The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."

"The Hyatt was amazing. I love the location in San Francisco and the staff was very professional and nice. We had a wonderful room that was super clean and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. We also enjoyed the bar for happy hour and the food was delicious. Thanks for such a wonderful weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the city."
