"This is a very good place at this price and I would recommend it. It is really closed to the campus of UofS and seemed pretty clean. The staff were all very friendly and kind. It was my first time trying a shared bathroom but it worked fine. The only downside is the shower head tends to have a weaker flow of water presumably when someone else is taking a shower too. The rest of my experience was very satisfactory. "

The entrance is overrun with untended shrubs, arbor paint is all chipped, place is overrun with weeds, front entrance is closed with rotten front steps evident, back door is locked, door was opened by 2 scary people, one look inside...the kitchen was just filthy. I called Expedia to complain and said I would not pay! Expedia were very co-operative and looked after it for me.
