"I found the hotel very clean, staff polite and welcoming and as an added touch, someone by the name of Monica, who works at the Holiday Inn, texted me while I was staying there and asked me how everything was and if there was anything she could do to help my stay better. I appreciated that and thought it was a nice touch. I didn’t care too much for the continental breakfast, but many people did enjoy it, I just don’t care for that type of food. I like the fact that it was close to downtown. When I stay in a hotel, I like a clean room and this room met all of my expectations and I would definitely stay here again."

"The place was a complete dump. Shower was useless. There hasn’t been any maintenance done in this place in years. This is a place where even homeless people would think they could do better."
