"When we arrived in our room, the television didn’t work so the front desk sent a a very helpful person to assist. Apparently the previous guest had unplugged everything in order to use his gaming console. The problem was fixed , however no guarantee that it would stay working, so we were given an upgrade to a suite!! Excellent service!! Would recommend. "
