Our beautiful condo is located inside Pacifico development which is centrally located inside Playas del Coco. The development offers 24/7 gated security, and the best pools in town. The walkout balcony overlooks the Pacifico pool and snack bar located only steps away, this is a great space to have your breakfast and watch the parrots fly by. The beach is only a 10 minute walk through town and very easy to find, the drive is 5 minutes or less. Free Shuttle is available. All the local restaurants and shops are mostly on the main street and can be found on the route to the beach as well.
Our condo is located on the top (third) floor which provides best security & allows a more peaceful, quieter experience. No "above" neighbors. The condo is provided with a welcome kit including coffee, teas, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, basic toiletries. The condo will also provide 6 pool/beach towels, 6 bathroom towels, clean bed linens and pillow cases for all beds, and a basic first aid kit.
A welcome letter including house rules, local tips & information, wifi network & password, community & apartment access information will be provided upon check-in.
