"Room was very clean and the staff on the breakfast buffet were very friendly and helpful."

"After booking on line remotely, staff required $100 credit card hold in person for incidentals for a prepaid reservation. It might not have been so bad if that had been disclosed up front, but had it been, we would have never books at the AVID by IHG hotel........ BAIT and SWITCH tactics at best. Very rude manager and staff who all need to find another form of work. I will never stay at nor recommend anyone stay at an AVID by IHG hotel again."

"Could definitely use a 24/7 coffee spot and way more stuff for breakfast at least everything else was great thou."

"Short stay. Great staff"

"Clean room. Some garbage in hallways. Staff ok."

"Staff and owners were helpful and friendly. They were there when we had problems."

"First time using valet parking. Loved it. First time visiting this place. Clean, spacious and convenient. Restaurant delish"

"Good deal for the price and location. The only negative was the nearby traffic noise, but nothing can really be done about that."

"Room and service were great. Am American classic hotel. But skip Tue steak night - not worth it."
