Breakfast had a huge variety. Staff was very friendly. Tucked away behind shopping and restaurants, was nice to be able to walk over to IHOP for dinner, other dining options within walking distance too

The location was great and close to the casino where i was attending a concert. Took the free hotel shuttle to the casino so that was nice. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I did have problems in my particular room with the heating not working so i slept very cold. Also the breakfast buffet was not very good. I did address the heating problem with the staff so they could check it out before the next person's stay.

One of the most pleasant stays I've ever had. The clerks at the desk were incredibly helpful. My room was clean, beautiful, and suited all of my needs! They had sugns posted on the doors to the lobby and in the elevators that they are under renovation, but there were no issues whatsoever with that. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return!
