Air condit. in all environments, newly renovated bathrooms, kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and all new utensils and crockery. TV 26 ', DVD and stereo. Landscaped garden and barbecue. Beautiful mountain views. Condominium, 3 pools, tennis court, soccer field, volleyball, basketball, saunas (dry and steam), games room with pool table, ping pong table, play grounds (closed and outdoor), wave to 2 cars. A casa é do jeitinho que está no anúncio. Chegamos e estava tudo super limpo e organizado. A casa é uma fofura! Acomoda bem até 7 pessoas. Camas boas, chuveiros bons, vários utensílios de cozinha e de churrasco. Piscina no condomínio e salão de jogos. Super fácil de ir a pé para a praia. Cerca de 1 km do centrinho, que dá pra ir à pé também. Minha única sugestão é cobrir com piso a parte externa, pois pisar na grama e depois entrar na sala acaba sujando bastante o piso, principalmente se chove. Mas no geral, a casa é ótima e vale super à pena! Com certeza voltarei!

Imóvel excelente, muito bem cuidado, equipado, conservado e limpo. Decoração de muito bom gosto e super agradável. Passamos 9 dias em Maresias e o condomínio é tb muito bom e aprazível com funcionários educados e prestativos. A Rejane nos atendeu prontamente sendo sempre receptiva e educada. Recomendo e voltaremos certamente.

Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados durante uma semana e ficamos muito satisfeitos, pois a casa é muito encantadora, bem decorada, super organizada ,limpa e com um jardim lindo . A casa é conforme foto, próxima da praia e o condomínio tem ótimas piscinas !!! Super indico. Agradeço a Rejane por toda atenção !!!

Casa perfeita, parece uma casa de boneca( segundo as crianças). Casa linda, bem decorada, organizada e limpa. Fiquei encantada com a organização e o cuidado dos utensílios de cozinha. A casa fica em um condomínio lindo, com piscinas excelentes. Nos fundos da casa tem um lindo jardim com churrasqueira . A Rejane foi super atenciosa em todos os momentos. Super recomendo!!! Nunca fui tão feliz em locar uma casa. Parabéns Rejane pelo cuidado!!!!

Eu aluguei a casa para passar uma semana, e adorei a casa, muito linda e aconchegante. O jardim é lindo. A localização é próxima ao mar. Grata a Rejane que atendeu nos muito bem e ao pessoal do condomínio.

Casa limpa, impecável, bem decorada, não tem cheiro de mofo, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha necessários. Tudo novinho e mto perto da praia. Adorei =) A Rejane foi muito atenciosa e o pessoal na portaria super solícitos tb. O condomínio é seguro e apropriado para receber crianças. Super recomento!

Bom dia a todos, decoração impecável, lindos moveis, casa aconchegante área interna impecável desde o abajur ate as loucas, área externa deliciosa e como se não bastasse todas essas qualidades diariamente recebíamos a visita de lindos pássaros, localização perfeita, a casa tem toda a infra estrutura necessária, não faltou nada parecia uma extensão da minha casa. A casa é muito melhor do que nas fotos! Os ambientes são super confortáveis, todos os aparelhos de ar condicionado funcionam perfeitamente . Chegamos e a casa estava impecável, já com a geladeira ligada e tudo! A Rejane é super prestativa! A cozinha contém todos os utensílios que você pode imaginar. Não faltou nada! Só uma informação que acho que deveria conter é que a voltagem da casa é toda 220v , pois as vezes nos programamos melhor para levar ferro passar roupa, secador, entre outros..Visto que aqui na nossa região é tudo 110v. Podem alugar sem medo! =)

A casa fica em um excelente condominio, a 50 metros da praia, sendo que o condomínio possui uma otima infra estrutura. Casa com 3 quartos, sendo todos com ar condicionado. Ótima casa. Passamos 15 dias em 2 casais, com uma ótima estrutura. Com certeza, alugaremos novamente.

Condomínio muito agradável, piscina muito boa (só escolher entre as três existentes), casa bem decorada, aconchegante, perfeita. Único conselho é se proteger dos insetos, principalmente pernilongos e formigas.

Estou muito satisfeito com minha estadia neste imóvel, a casa é muito bem conservada e possui uma ótima localização. Gostaria apenas de fazer uma critica construtiva, para que o imóvel fique ainda melhor, pois existia um pequeno vazamento de gás no fogão e quando não estávamos cozinhando era necessário deixar a válvula desconectada.
