"I stayed for 3.5 weeks and everything was very good. The staff are friendly and will help you with anything you need. The room was nice and the location is excellent. I recommend using earplugs in the night since the walls are thin and also for preventing outside noise to wake you up."

"Location was excellent, the room was big, clean and with nice views. I didn't like the fact that the bedroom lacked plugs, only two in the room (both ocuppied with tv and lamp) and none in the bathroom, which in these days, with cellphones and computers to charge + hairdryer, shaving machines, etc, is not very comfortable."

"Spacious apartment with 2 good size bedrooms and spacious kitchen/ diner. Well equipped kitchen and lovely terraced garden. The apartment is the middle of 3 apartments of a large house, it's located in quiet residential area about 5 km from Funchal in the hills. Great views of Funchal and harbour from the balcony which is west facing so you don't get the sun til later in the day. There is also a pleasant BBQ area to relax in. "Staying at this property was overall a positive experience. The location was fantastic although is on top of a steep hill so know that for driving purposes. I do wish they left more supplies at the house such as toilet paper and more towels for bathing but those are small things. NO AC and no fans which surprised me but, we went in July and were pretty comfortable without those things."
