"The staff members were friendly, spoke great English and provided bag check service after our stay ended. They also gave us restaurant suggestions and let us know where to do laundry. The suite itself was straightforward and everything in the listing was as such during our stay. Note there is a key for the elevator and a key for the suite itself. We found that the keys were not the easiest to use during our stay. Florence is a very walkable city and our location was around a 20 minute walk on...

"This is a unique and quirky hotel. We’re made to feel very welcome. Excellent honesty bar area with free tea and coffee and fruit. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are decorated in an individual stylish way. A wonderful garden is available to have breakfast or sit in the evening. All in all a great treat to stay at One small issue was that one room upon initial entry had a sewerage smell which went when the windows were opened. "

"Staff were so kind and helpful. Whilst like room was small it was well planned and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and so nice eating on our own little terrace, garden was very pretty. Coffee and snacks left out for you to help yourself which was great when you get back from a long day sightseeing. Would definitely visit again 😊"
