"Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. "

"Great place to stay when visiting Florence. It was easy to get around and there were shops and restaurants nearby. The owner, Marco was extremely helpful and the bedroom was safe, clean and comfortable. We also had the use of a kitchen area with plenty of crockery,pans and utensils. "Loved our 4 night stay here. We thought the location was great - not too touristy so felt more like a local. Lots of interesting bars and restaurants around Santo Spirito and less than 10mins from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. The two ladies who run it were very friendly and helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed, decent shower and really appreciated the great coffee available at all hours. Would definitely stay again."
