We wish there was better communication from the property, especially for check-in, as well as more availability for the "front-desk" which was never open while we were there. "Fatima is a wonderful host. She very warm to welcome us, hospitable and kind to show us the house and amenities and very helpful to facilitate any issues. Also, she’s nice to recommend best restaurants to eat and islands to visit. Overall we had a great time staying in Pico Island especially to her place. Her house is so beautiful, fully equipped and very clean. Her house is very highly recommendable."

"The views were absolutely amazing…Mt Pico in the distance, sunsets and beautiful views of the ocean. Walk down to the beach took us by beautiful flowers, adorable cows and the friendliest donkey. Beds were comfortable, showers great and a stocked kitchen. We loved the location. Helena…was amazing. She provided a warm smile upon arrival, invited us to the village festival and meal, educated us on history of the island and when we had to leave festival before they distributed the holy cakes, she had one waiting at the house for us. Pico is an amazing place and can’t recommend a visit more and do yourself a favor…stay in this beautiful house. We hope to return one day."
