"My partner and I stayed here for a week in February 2024. It's a lovely apart-hotel in a wonderful location. The area right around the hotel is a bit touristy, but quite comfortable and bustling. It's steps from a metro stop, a very short walk to a full grocery store, near plentiful restaurants and bars (La Mesita was excellent). The room was very nice: good kitchenette with everything you need, nice sized refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, etc. Comfortable and surprisingly quiet room....

We knocked on that door for close to 20 minutes; we knocked from 9 am to 9:20 before we gave up and came down the elevator to the main building (A -> B).
