"Overall this was a good stay. The bathrooms especially could use an upgrade. Paint was peeling and the door didn’t shut correctly. Beds were ok. You could definitely hear traffic outside but not surprising given the location. We were also on the third floor so better to ask for something higher up. I put white noise on my phone and that was enough at night. The staff was always helpful and nice, and the breakfast was decent enough. "The W is known for its high quality and the W Santiago lives up to this excellence. I wish I could live there! The room was beautiful and romantic, the roof deck was great for a late drink, the breakfast was excellent as is the dining area. Even the food at 3 am was top quality.
