"My room was cleaned Saturday morning after arriving on a Friday. It was never cleaned again and we did not leave until Tuesday. They charge you $20 a night for a microwave. Anything you want to do is an extra expense despite paying for a resort fee. When I spoke with the front desk, they were not concerned about the room not being cleaned and stated, “not sure what happened there but you can put own trash in the hallway.”"
