"The hotel is fabulous. Full of charm, with a vintage car in reception! The junior suite was such a treat. I loved the jacuzzi bath! Staff couldnt do enough for us. If I had to pick out one "less than perfect" thing it would be the towels. Maybe a bit better quality would reflect the 5 stars."

"If you are thinking on booking to enjoy the spa services ... don’t. It is a harsh comment, given this is a small establishment with very nice people and rooms. But the spa is simply lacking, small, not maintained and not working. The water jets were barely noticeable (when they worked at all) and the water was cloudy. The place would have done better to have a steam and dry sauna instead of offering what is a too small a crowded lacklustre experience. But, that said, the large rooms are...

"it was lovely, very clean and big enough for a night, the only suggestion would be for the apartment to provide some coffee and milk or tea to ge able to make in the morning but it was really nice. "

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"Wonderful hotel at Trengandin beach in the beautiful town of Noja! What can I say? I’ve been coming to Noja since the 1970s, originally in a Campervan on this beach with my parents. Now if I have business in Bilbao I always make a trip here, it’s my happy place. Stunning views, amazing food (breakfast and dinner), freshest of seafood, and very comfortable rooms. Don’t expect to hear and English during your stay though, which just adds to the charm!"

"The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms to the left, to the right, above and below. If anyone chooses this hotel to use the Spa - don’t be fooled. You have to pay extra and the use is timely limited. All in all it has a alternative hippie charm. It was clean though. But not necessarily something I’d recommend "
