"Everything was spot on apart from there was no person who does the rooms around for days so my rubbish piled up. I wasn't in room in afternoon so not sure what time they finished. "

"I like the hotel the fact has a great location, close to water park, transport and Supermarket. The staff were incredible very helpful and attentive and definitely I will stay for next time. Thank you"

"The hotel was not clean...our room had used toilet paper..no clean toilet brush..there was fluff and hair blowing around in the corridor...communication with the one man who seemed to be working there was met with a shrug of the shoulders. Your description of the hotel was incorrect...there is no bar!"

"The staff were amazing and helpful. We had our service dog with us and their accommodation for our animal was top notch! It's far enough from the city center to be a bit less busy but still provide great access to the main areas you'll want to see on your first visit."
