"Decent place good price for Guam I think. Kitchen is a bit small but gets the job done. Nice that it’s located centrally in downtown but the neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy. Mostly clean but under the bed was very gross. Overall good for a Guam stay. The owner is very responsive and accomating. The beach is a ten minute walk"

"went to check in and was told my reservation wasn’t found, even though i was charged and had the confirmation email. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. My stay was, check in 11th leave the 15th and they gave my room away on the 10th without contacting me. "

"This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. It's an ideal property for those of us who stay for a week or longer - travel for a living & do not want to eat out 3 meals a day. Much more space &...

"Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!"

"The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....
